Air Fryer Everything Bagels
Easy Air Fryer Everything Bagels, made with greek yogurt (no yeast!) so they’re healthy without sacrificing any flavor. 🤤 Topped with everything but the bagel seasoning, perfect for breakfast or a snack! 🥯
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting work surface
2-1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
Everything but the bagel seasoning
1 egg, beaten
A splash of water
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a bowl, add the flour, baking powder, salt, onion and garlic powder. Whisk to combine.
Next, add in the greek yogurt, switch over to a rubber spatula and mix until combined. Shape into a ball and turn out onto a floured surface.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each piece in a little flour before rolling into a small rope.
Place a sheet of parchment onto a plate or rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle a little of the everything seasoning over top.
Place each bagel onto the seasoning and gently press. Reshaping the bagel if necessary.
Beat the egg with a splash of water. Brush the tops and sides of the bagel with the egg wash before sprinkling with more everything seasoning.
Preheat your air fryer to 300°. Air fry bagels for 12 to 15 minutes.
Allow to cool sligthly before slicing and toasting.
To toast, slice in half, air fry at 360-380° for 3-5mins. Enjoy!
